GEOMETRICAL INTERPRETATION OF THE WAVE-PILOT THEORY AND MANIFESTATION OF THE SPINOR FIELDS

Using the hydrodynamical formalism of quantum mechanics for a Schrödinger spinning particle, developed by T. Takabayashi, J. P. Vigier and followers, that involves vortical flows, we propose the new geometrical interpretation of the wave-pilot theory. The spinor wave in this interpretation represents an objectively real field and the evolution of a material particle controlled by the wave is a manifestation of the geometry of space.

INVESTIGATION OF THE INFLUENCE OF LIQUID MOTION IN A FLOW-BASED
SYSTEM ON AN ENZYME AGGREGATION STATE WITH AN ATOMIC FORCE
MICROSCOPY SENSOR: THE EFFECT OF GLYCEROL FLOW

Atomic force microscopy is employed to study the influence of the motion of a glycerol solution through a coiled (spiral-wound) polymeric communication pipe on the aggregation state of a protein, with the example of a horseradish peroxidase (HRP) enzyme. The measuring cell with the buffered solution of the protein was placed within the experimental setup over the pipe coil, through which glycerol was pumped. It is demonstrated that, in such a system, the flow of a non-aqueous liquid (glycerol) leads to a change in the physicochemical properties of a protein, whose solution was incubated in the measuring cell placed over the coil.

The influence of liquid motion in flow-based systems on the aggregation state of an enzyme and on its enzymatic activity was studied, with horseradish peroxidase (HRP) as an example. Our experiments were carried out in a setup modeling the flow section of the biosensor communication with a measuring cell containing a protein solution.

THE REGISTRATION OF A BIOMASER-LIKE EFFECT IN AN ENZYME SYSTEM WITH AN RTM SENSOR

The concentration dependence of a microwave frequency radiation from a solution of a functioning enzyme system (ES) (with the example of cytochrome P450 BM3 (CYP102A1) system during lauric acid (LA) hydroxylation) has been studied with a radiothermometric sensor. Registration of the radiation from the enzyme solution has been performed in the frequency range from 3.4 to 4.2 GHz at the enzyme concentrations from 10−10 to 10−6.

INFLUENCE OF CHIP MATERIALS ON CHARGE GENERATION

In the present study, it was demonstrated that the presence of an AFM chip (made of mica and graphite) near the nozzle of the injector supplying an analyte solution into the measuring cell of the AFM-based fishing system (AFM-based nanobiosensors) causes an increase in charge generation upon the injection of the solution.

INFLUENCE OF A PULSED ELECTRIC FIELD ON CHARGE GENERATION IN A FLOWING PROTEIN SOLUTION

In this paper, we have demonstrated the influence of a pulsed electric field on the stimulation of the electric charge generation in a solution of low-abundant proteins observed in the injector part of an AFM-based fishing system at 23 C and 38 C. Taking this effect into account is important for the development of novel highly sensitive flow-based diagnostic systems, as well as for the development of models describing the influence of a pulsed electric field on pathological processes in the body, hemodynamics, and physicochemical properties of solutions.

FOUNDATION OF THE MECHANICS OF ORIENABLE POINT

The mechanics of an orientable point (point with spin) based on 3D and 4D Frenet equations is considered. In such mechanics there is an opportunity to describe formally any physical trajectory of a particle with own rotation. We use anholonomic rotational coordinates (Euler angles) as elements of internal space of the mechanics which generate a rotational relativity.

GENERALIZED GENOMIC MATRICES, SILVER MEANS, AND PYTHAGOREAN TRIPLES

Petoukhov has shown that a family of bisymmetric 2n x 2n matrices encode the structure of the four RNA and DNA bases and 64 codons that make up the 20 amino acids in all living structures. He discovered that the elements of the square roots of these matrices are all powers of the golden mean. We have generalized his matrices and shown that the square roots of general bisymmetric matrices are generalizations of the golden mean including a subclass that correspond to the family of silver means. Powers of these matrices are also shown to generate all Pythagorean triples. The integers in these matrices are identical to the set of integers in a table attributed to the second century Syrian mathematician, Nicomachus, who used them to describe the ancient musical scale of Pythagoras.

A method is presented for generation of a subwavelength (0.43λ) longitudinally polarized beam, which propagates without divergence over lengths of about 4X in free space. We consider the Gazale formulas, which are a wide generalization of the Binet and Pell formulas, and a new class of the «golden» hyperbolic functions, which a wide generalization of the symmetric hyperbolic Fibonacci and Lucas functions (Stakhov and Rozin, 2005). Also we consider a new class of the «golden» matrices being a wide generalization of the «golden» matrices (Stakhov, 2006). The improved cryptographic method, which is a generalization of Stakhovs «golden» cryptographic method, follows from the new «golden» matrices.

We give in the article a survey of the new results in the «Mathematics of the Golden Section», going back in its origin to Euclids Elements, namely, a new class of hyperbolic functions, a generalization of Euclids Theorem II,11, a new class of hyperbolic functions — hyperbolic Fibonacci and Lucas functions, the generalized Fibonacci numbers, the generalized golden proportions, the generalized principle of the golden section, the golden algebraic equations, the generalized Binet formulas, the generalized Lucas numbers, Fibonacci matrices, the «golden» matrices. We consider applications of these mathematical results in number theory, measurement theory, computer arithmetic, coding theory and cryptography.

THE GOLDEN CRYPTOGRAPHY

We consider a new class of square matrices called the «golden» matrices. They are a generalization of the classical Fibonacci Q-matrix for continuous domain. The «golden» matrices can be used for creation of a new kind of cryptography called the «golden» cryptography. The method is very fast and simple for technical realization and can be used for the cryptographic protection of different telecommunication systems (including Internet) functioning in real scale of time.
